The peaceful approach encourages relaxation with the slanted freestanding tub, the moss wall and kintsugi tiles throughout the bathroom floor. Kintsugi is a Japanese word that means repair and uses golden joinery for pottery as a metaphor for embracing imperfections. Michele Alfano Design used kintsugi tiles as a lesson to find self-help and wellness. Feeling exhausted from a long day, all you must do is go into your oasis and come out recharged and ready to go.

His and her robern vanities are a great way to kick off your day and end your night.  Everyday routines feel effortless and are enriched with vanities, mirrors, and lighting all designed with thoughtful details and accessories – like night lighting, built in outlets, organizational kits, and integrated bluetooth technology.

Wellness is woven into the shower design with steam, aroma therapy, chroma therapy, and music. Aroma and light promote a healing connection to emotional wellbeing and lowers stress levels. The shower itself blurs the lines between the bedroom and the bathroom. The fully enclosed shower is a glass box big enough for 2 people with a handheld, wall shower head, rain head, bench seating, speakers, and a window to let light flow into the bedroom. With the combination of steam and a high water temperature the glass steams up quickly for instant privacy. Great for date night!
